Easy Price Editor Troubleshoot Pricelists
Are you missing your catalogs or markets in Easy Price Editor? Read our quick guide to troubleshoot why and fix it.
If nothing is showing in the app, it usually means there are no Catalog or Market pricelists in your store (or not the particular pricelists you are looking for). Our app only displays and allows editing of catalogs where a pricelist already exists, it cannot create new ones for you.
Step 1: Check your permissions
Make sure you have full access to Markets and Catalogs in your Shopify admin. If you don’t, contact your website administrator or store owner.
Step 2: Create a Market or Catalog (if you don’t already have one)
Step 3: Create your first pricelist
For older stores (created before Shopify’s 2024 update), pricelists are not automatically created when catalogs are made. To set one up:
- Go to Shopify Admin → Markets → Catalogs.
- Select a catalog.
- Edit the catalog price for any item.
This will create the first pricelist for that catalog. Once done, it should now appear inside our app so that you can edit prices in our app moving forward.
Step 4: Still not showing?
If you’ve created and edited a catalog pricelist and still don’t see it in our app, please reach out to us and we will investigate further.
